Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Ceramic items must be free from chips, cracks, or damage
- Please include proof of purchase with your return
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:
