SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Within New Zealand
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- Delivery Time: 7-15 business days for standard shipping within NZ after orders are processed.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent to your email
Fragile Items - Special Care Since we sell ceramic pots and home decor, all items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care with fragile pieces.
International Shipping
- Available to select countries
- Delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
- Customs fees and import duties may apply (customer's responsibility)
- Tracking provided for all international orders
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM NZDT are typically processed the same business day
- Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Shipping Delays While we strive for timely delivery, please note:
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or public holidays
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time
- We're not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control
Damaged During Shipping If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection if needed
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier
